Nutrition coaching

-can be added onto a current personal training package or on its own

-Learn how to improve your nutrition to reach your health and fitness goals 

-focus on behaviour change and developing healthy habits

-use evidence based strategies that promote health and long term success

-compliments and works with your dietary preferences, restrictions and requirements due to medical issues, and schedule.

Personal Training

3 session revamp package: $210 (must be complete within 30 days of purchase)

8 sessions: $480 ($60 per session)

16 sessions: $800 ($50 per session)

Semi private (2 people)

8 sessions: $570 ($70 per session)

Nutrition Coaching

For current personal training clients: $90 per month

Nutrition clients only: $120 per month

Done via online through the My Coach app and by email and/or in person. 

Weekly lessons, ongoing online support

Optional 30 minute in person (or phone call) consult per month
