I am FLORENCE
I am a Psychology and Kinesiology Graduate. I am a certified personal trainer for the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, fitness instructor and yoga teacher. Although I was an active kid, a sports injury took over 4 years to recover, I realized how essential fitness is for both physical and mental health.
I started to embrace the joy exercise can bring. Activities such as yoga are now rejuvenating, and lifting has become a skill to master. Now, I’m passionate about leading group exercise classes to help others thrive.


We strongly recommended anyone to check in with a doctor prior to starting an exercise program. If you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concerns, make sure your doctor has cleared you for exercise. Prior to starting, you'll be required to fill out a Physical Readiness Questionnaire and waiver.
The group sessions are multi level, meaning they are suitable for most beginners and up to advance lifters. However, for absolute beginners and those with injuries and medical conditions, we recommend booking the 10 min phone consultation to see if the sessions will be a good fit
We don't charge monthly for in person sessions but offer group and personal training session packages. These sessions are valid for a year after purchase. If you're sick or away, no problem, we will resume once you return.
